Got my lightly used 2019 F350 from here last week, Nistor and Gina helped me along with Travis and Mitch. I Purchased it sight unseen over the phone, which I normally wouldn’t do, but Nistor took many pictures for me, he took videos, and took my multiple phone calls to answer all my questions, he really went above and beyond to make the entire experience streamlined and easy for me. I live in a remote part of the state and I had been looking for a very particular combination of options in a truck for over a year close to 2 years now and was tickled to find one so close of a match only 80 miles from my remote hometown. I had started to look nationwide and was considering driving one up the Alcan because I just wasn’t finding the particular option combination I wanted for a somewhat reasonable price. Until I found this gem that is. After putting a deposit down and signing agreements they held the truck for me for over a week despite the holiday and some severe inclement weather that delayed my travel to get the truck. They also assisted me in the logistics of getting a top quality spray in bed liner installed by a local and reputable shop so that was all done when I arrived. The truck is great, it actually exceeds my expectations on what I was looking for, and still has original warranty plus an extended warranty. The only bug was the bedliner place forgot to plug the tailgate back in but that was a simple 5 minute fix. The price point made this truck a great deal and Overall I am Very satisfied with my experience and while I won’t be needing another vehicle for a while I would recommend shopping lithia in wasilla if somebody was looking for a vehicle. More

I contacted Robert Baskett about a recall repair needed for my Jeep. He took my Jeep in that day, told me it would be about half an hour to fix. It was fixed in 28 minutes. The driveline on my truck broke at the worst possible time! I panicked and contacted Matt (the salesman who originally sold it to me) and he told me to bring it in. I have to tell anyone who reads these, if you are looking for a vehicle and want the absolute BEST salesman, ask for Matt Baskett!! I will never go through anyone else and if Matt ever leaves, I will buy my vehicles from wherever he goes! Now back to the service department… I got my truck to the service department and Joe G was the guy who helped me. He was so nice and so understanding! He did let me know that they were several weeks out but would do what he could to get my truck at least looked at and let me know. He did just that! He worked some kind of miracle and I had my truck back on the road in no time! I will most DEFINITELY take my truck back there! I may even just stop in there from time to time to say hi! I have not had any issues with anyone there, ever! They are always so nice and extremely helpful! Thank you Matt and Joe!
