Expedited service I dropped my 2014 Jeep Cherokee off early for two recalls and an oil change. The dealer provided transportation to my work. Got to work on time! WARNING - RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We would like to WARN the public about this dealership. Under NO circumstance, should another person be put through the lies, grief, hassle, disappoi We would like to WARN the public about this dealership. Under NO circumstance, should another person be put through the lies, grief, hassle, disappointment, frustration, time consuming, expense, sexist, shoddy and unprofessional experience that my husband and I have had to endure (and are still currently experiencing). We purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude with a 9 speed transmission. At the time of purchase and until the first oil change at the dealership, we loved the vehicle. The gas mileage was everything the window sticker said - and more! We commonly were able to achieve 28+ mpg on the highway. The trim package was also very nice. However, the service department took it upon their own initiative to download a new update to our vehicle without our knowledge or permission. Unfortunately, our vehicle was not suppose to have the P56 update (which was VIN specific and our vehicles VIN was NOT in the list, it was never suppose to have that update-per a representative at the (FCA) Fiat Chrysler Automobile). Our vehicle has not acted the same since. Our gas mileage has dropped by 5 miles per gallon, the transmission "clunks" and "struggles" to shift properly. Every now and then you can smell a hot waxy electrical odor. Despite the numerous trips to the dealership, nothing positive or productive has come about. The Jeep Resolution Team is all but a joke... Unfortunately, we are not laughing. Absolutely NO service after the sale. If you want to be spoken to with disrespectful tone and verbage - go to their service dept. As a woman, I find it unacceptable in this day and age to be spoken to like that. If you want to be ignored like my husband, try working with the upper management! We have been civil and polite despite the rudeness we both have encountered. I will not ever refer this dealership to anyone - ever. The 9 speed transmission is also in their Chrysler 200's We still have the screwed up 9 speed Latitude... I can pay out of pocket for tests, or drive to Anchorage to let another dealer look at it. How much more hassle and expense must we endure? So heed our advice, do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Find a reputable and honest dealership to patronize and we hope you have better luck than we have had. More

Oil change and tire rotation Super busy, still managed to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. So much better than Chevrolet of wasilla.
