I found the SUV I've been looking for I need to thank you for the sales person who was friendly and professional. Buying experience was making me feel like I was a valued customer. He gave me test drive, answered to my questions and he was honest on his opinions. The windshield is cracked but I was told new one is ordered and I 'm looking forward to get that fixed soon. There is nothing negative about how process was handled but I can't give 5 stars due to some details I discovered after I purchased the vehicle. I was told that vehicle has been inspected prior to the sale. However, in just couple days I noticed that both front corner lights were burned out, back license plate light was out, 3rd row seats were installed incompletely making them come off the supporters and not unfolding without finding how-dos from owner's manual. The previous owner had installed after market headlights and high-beam is out. Aftermarket lights were not mentioned during the sale. Windshield washer bottle was empty and vehicle's computer is telling me it is time for oil change. Overall truck is running fine and I am happy with the vehicle but since I was told that vehicle was inspected, this makes me question the honesty of such inspection. One more thing that left me little upset was person who aggressively wanted to sell me lifetime oil change. I was hoping I don't need to feel "stupid" for not to accept the offer. If I say no thank you, that means I have evaluated your offer and I don't want it and case closed. He should take his sales pitch down a notch. Overall I am happy customer. Thank you! More
