The service department delivered our vehicle well within the time frame agreed upon despite having an issue with parts not fitting our vehicle. Jeff ordered the correct parts and had them delivered same day. Instead of up-charging us for this, Jeff actually was able to come in under the original price quote. I know not every experience goes well when dealing with auto repairs and the high expense associated with them, but my experience with Lithia Dodge Wasilla has been great so far and Jeff has gone above the norm and delivered great customer service for us.
