I have the Lithia lifetime oil change and I was delighted to know that even though my vehicle is not one of the makes that the dealer sells, I was abl I have the Lithia lifetime oil change and I was delighted to know that even though my vehicle is not one of the makes that the dealer sells, I was able to have my oil changed there! My experience was excellent! The service agent was able to find my information and they got me right in and taken care of. It is a bonus that no appointment is required because my schedule is always in flux. A wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone. More

Excellent new car purchase experience! Ben was truly genuine in his approach to finding a vehicle that would suit me as well as taking care of all the details for the final purchase. Poor customer service Scheduled appointment to have recall done. I was put on hold for five minutes while they checked to see if parts where in stock. They got back on the phone said parts are in stock and scheduled my appointment. I brought my vehicle in to get work done. When I called them to see if work was done they put me on hold for ten minutes then said they would have to call me back. They called me back and said they don't have the parts in stock. Vehicle still not fixed giving up and taking somewhere else. More
Horrible The service department is the worst service department that I have ever dealt with! They don't return calls and any answer they give is a blatant lie. Bought a brand new truck and had a light bar installed and was charged $800 (which in and of itself is ridiculous). Said that it would only take a day (1st lie). When I called to get an update the following day I couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone to when it would finally be done. On the 3rd day I finally went into the dealership and tried to talk to the service manager and was told that he was busy and couldn't be interrupted. The guy at the service desk promised that it would be done the following day (2nd lie). Once I got my truck back a week later, they didn't clean the trash out (I had to clean my truck after they had it for a week), the headliner had finger prints all over as well. The light bar vibrates the whole top of the truck, there is no more quiet ride (when i'm driving down the road it sounds like the windows are down), the holes for the mounting brackets aren't sealed. I have had my truck back for 2 weeks and now in the rain I have water dripping in my cab. The only thing that the service department can tell me is that there going to make it right. I will never buy another vehicle from here and I would tell anyone thinking about it to drive the extra miles and go to Anchorage! To add to the worst vehicle experience of my life I was promised that I would be getting a loaner vehicle that would be compatible to my BRAND NEW TRUCK and what do I get, a freaking CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish that someone in the Lithia Corperate Office would contact me because I would like to know if this is standard practice for their dealerships. More
Window replacement and oil change Very prompt and courteous service. Sunroof needed to be ordered from contiguous states and was received and installed before expected date. Broken glass was cleaned and car detailed to be sure no broken glass remained in the vehicle. Oil was changed with proper amount and grade. Multi-point inspection was also part of the service. Very pleased with all staff members encountered , price and duties performed. As this was an unexpected service call (sun roof shattered while driving) the Dealership stored the vehicle inside to protect it from the elements while the replacement glass was shipped FedEx to Alaska. Waiting area was clean with beverages provided at no cost, overall as pleasent an experience as one could have under the circumstances. This is the second vehicle purchased here (one new and one preowned). More

After weeks of hassle I decided to take my truck to Lithia of Wasilla. They were able to get me in for a convenient appointment. The truck was ready when promised without dealing with long lines and endless paperwork. I'll be back next time I need service. More
