Service department Called on my drive home to schedule an appointment for a LOF. Told they don't schedule those anymore. First come first serve from now on. When you only have 2 days off and they are on the weekend you try and timeline your days off. Spending potentially hours for an LOF is not acceptable. If they won't schedule those again I will go to a dealership who does and pay their prices. For the most part the service performed was good, wasting hours because of first come first serve policy is not thinking of the customers but only of the business. More
