This company honors their warranty work The service department is excellent at Wasilla Chrysler, especially Jeff, one of the service writers. Our 2005 Chrysler 300 had some check engine ligh The service department is excellent at Wasilla Chrysler, especially Jeff, one of the service writers. Our 2005 Chrysler 300 had some check engine light and computer code problems early this summer. They fixed those issues and recommended a tune up. We got the tune up and all was well for about 2 months. Then our car developed a vacuum leak which was related to the tune up. We brought the car back and they fixed the vacuum leak and went the extra mile by replacing some ignition coils and other parts to make sure the car was running well and all the engine codes were clear and not going to return. These folks really do honor their warranties. Great job Lithia Wasilla. Thank you. Micah and Gina. More
