Service for a recall on air bags for Jeep Stop by on 2/11/19 set a date for 2/25/19. on 2/12/19 service person call and said we need to call in March for new date. Got 4 other calls about a T Stop by on 2/11/19 set a date for 2/25/19. on 2/12/19 service person call and said we need to call in March for new date. Got 4 other calls about a Truck that I got.( Didn't buy a new truck). stop by and talk to the Manager HE said he would take care of it. Made a date for the recall airbags for the 3/11/19 at 7am. 2 days later got another call to pick up plates for the Truck. when I got the recall air bags service done., Got to work , looked at the paperwork closer all the information for me was wrong again stop by to get my name and address Plus phone number right, was told the work order was closed and I need to came back and talk with the service manager, Went to talk with the main Manager that I talked with before. Wound not came out of the office area. I ask another sale person to pull up my Information on the Jeep that I got back in 2015. GUESS WHAT none of my Information was not in their date base. You Guess it - I will not be back and I will tell everyone that ask about this place to stay away. One last thing I have to say is I don't think anyone will follow up on this or anyone else that had a EXPERIENCE. More

My Experience Quick back story. I owned a '11 Tundra. My well dried up so I had to take a loan out against my truck to get a complete new well dug. So I'm paying 36 Quick back story. I owned a '11 Tundra. My well dried up so I had to take a loan out against my truck to get a complete new well dug. So I'm paying 366 a month to the bank. I was down at dodge picking up my tires when I ran into James King. I talked with him for a few minutes while another service gentleman went to the back to grab my tires. I talked to James about the situation I was facing as he had mentioned a similar situation. After talking for a while he mentioned to me that I should stop by when I get a chance and he would run some numbers for me. 2 weeks later I come down. James sets me down Willie Stryken and we start talking about what my wife and I actually need/want. Willie found some vehicles that fit our needs and covered most of our wants. I'm not going to get into all of the details but these gentlemen went the extra mile to help my wife and I out. And got my payment 4 dollars less to 362. Thank you James and Willie for working with me and hashing this deal out. I also want to thank Chris Schmidt for crunching the final numbers and getting me to be where I needed. Also a special thank you to Dave McDonald for putting all the paperwork and being patient for the next few days while I gathered all the paperwork requested. You gentlemen worked togeather and made this deal happen and made my wife happy with a new car. It's the first time shes ever had a new car off the lot. Thank you again for everything.
