incompetent scheduling I had an issue with my Ram 1500, and had to have it towed in. Anthony, who is new in his position has not been taught the concept of triage. Long stor I had an issue with my Ram 1500, and had to have it towed in. Anthony, who is new in his position has not been taught the concept of triage. Long story short, nobody would even look at it for THREE WEEKS, only to find out is needed a new battery! I have never been this disgusted with any business ever. If someone would have spent a few minutes, I would not have had to miss work and be inconvenienced as I was. We would call, and the abject apathy from Anthony was so obvious. Someone there needs to call April, the last employee they had to find out how she was able to get a vehicle in and turned around within hours. As has become the norm in business these days, it is easier to let the knowledge base walk out the door, and replace with someone who doesn't seem to want to learn. I guess the Peter Principle is alive and well. We will be using the Anchorage dealership from now on. I can't emphasize enough to anyone in a hurry, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WASILLA DODGE, at least not until they get their service department back in order. The only reason they received 2 starts, was because their technicians were able to fix the problem within a couple of hours, once they were able to even look at it. More

Complete satisfaction It was time for my wife to get a new vehicle and she liked the Jeep Renegade. We went to the dealership and were greeted with a friendly associate who It was time for my wife to get a new vehicle and she liked the Jeep Renegade. We went to the dealership and were greeted with a friendly associate who asked us if we needed help. My wife told the associate what she was looking for and after a short time the associate returned with good news that they did have the style of vehicle she wanted but it would take a little time to get ready for a test drive. While we waited, the associate took us to a waiting area and made sure we were comfortable. The associate answered all our questions and we sat down to talk pricing. After some back and forth, we agreed on a mutually beneficial price. The paperwork was a breeze and I was impressed with the reasonable pricing for the lifetime oil change program, a must have in our family. I took our Jeep to the dealership shop for it’s first oil change. The shop staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 10 minutes (Jeep stayed, I left). The shop offered me a ride home, but didn’t need it and my Jeep was ready for pickup in four hours. That’s impressive due to the long line of customers in front of me. My Jeep was still clean on pickup and the shop was considerate enough to put protection mats on the floorboard. Overall, I was extremely happy with the customer sales and service of Wasilla Jeep. More
