Recently set up an appointment for my 2020 Ram 3500. I needed service for my DEF System, was informed there were no walk-ins for oil changes, and placed on the schedule. When I called to confirm my a I needed service for my DEF System, was informed there were no walk-ins for oil changes, and placed on the schedule. When I called to confirm my appointment, I was informed there were no appointments, and advice it’s a first come first serve basis for Diesels. I was further informed if I brought in my truck today, service would be completed within 4 days. 2 weeks later, I called for an update and was informed no work had been done and that they didn’t have a diesel mechanic. Not once did anyone inform me that the mechanic was on vacation, or when he would return. No one even called to check in with me. No one offered any help with a loaner vehicle nor did an oil change even get preformed. I have never been so disappointed and let down by a dealership, especially paying for a specialized extended care warranty as well as lifetime oil changes. DO BETTER Lithia. I don’t for one second blame the hard working employees, I blame the lack of leaders and lead supervisors in this company for the blatant disregard for their customers. More

Epic failure by the service department, again. Mainly the service advisor, I think Joe might be his name. Who knows?
