Called a month ago and got a appointment for my truck that has no heat, well i walk in an say i have an appointment and they claim to not have a loaner, well when i made the appointment the guy i was tal that has no heat, well i walk in an say i have an appointment and they claim to not have a loaner, well when i made the appointment the guy i was talking to told me he would get me into a loaner on my dime. didnt mind that at all, well dont you think someone should call there appointments an let them know before they drive 50 miles one way and take a day off work. i made sure the guy knew i was driving out from anchorage, and wouldnt take the appointment without the loaner. dont remember who i talked to or was dealing with.
