Rude unprofessional service department Horrible experience! Andrea and Wes were both so rude. They don't call to tell you what they found. Then when we called it was one lie after the next. Our car was there for over 2 weeks and it still isn't fixed. Our car still makes horrible noises and Wes had the nerve to say they were imaginary noises. At one point Andrea said they had to wait to finish because the tech working on our transmission wasn't certified to work on transmission. It was the worst experience ever, I wouldn't send anyone there. More
LOVE ANDREA ---JASON K, NEEDS 2B NICER ALL THE TIME jason kennendy has always been short with me on the phone, I called to make an appointment and he assumed it was an oil change and didn't take the tim jason kennendy has always been short with me on the phone, I called to make an appointment and he assumed it was an oil change and didn't take the time to listen, everytime I call I ask to speak to andrea, she is the only one that works her but off. I was there in person and Jason and two other men talking (two men that worked there} not one person responded to me -I was standing in service area waiting for help and andrea was helping 3 people, will they joked around about sports. 10 minutes I waited and Jason could see me the entire ten minutes and never asked me if I needed help. I made a decision not to come back and andrea talk me into coming back. I have complained about Jason being short on the phone with me a couple of times and nothing ever changes.. be thankful for andrea because of her I just spent hundreds of dollors getting my car fixed --thank you andrea for all your hard work and professionalism, I also witness a tech---don't know name but I could point him out, be very rude to andrea in front of me and another customer, you guys need to appreciate andrea instead of working against her. if anyone else witnesses this behavior Andrea please speak up. They overcame an impossible task Traveling though driving a almost new Ram truck. The water pump went out. There were no pumps available in the enature system. The service departmentry went the extra mile. They were willing to take one from a new truck but Dodge corporate said no. They found the only pump in the USA in Utah. They made arrangements to get it here ASAP and get it installed. They were concerned about me getting stuck and my Comercial company losing revenue. There service manager Wes and my service advisor Andrea are the best. You can trust them to take good care of you and treat you fairly. More

I spoke with the sales manager who was very friendly and said if I came in he would make my purchase easy, if I decided to buy. I thought that I had heard that before, but when I arrived the sales manager came out introduced himself and introduced me to travis and Josh. Both these sales associates were professional and fun to spend time with. They did not have the truck I wanted but they were able to get it from another dealer 30 miles away the same day and at a lesser cost than I had expected.
