They sent my truck to Ziebart for the tent, then had the evt unit installed in my truck. They got me out in time to do an errand before I needed to leave Corpus Christi and head to Rockport for a doctors appointment. When putting my stuff from my errand in the back seat I noticed my cation sign was missing. I called and told them what was missing they got my number and told me they call me back. A few minutes later they called and let me know that ziebart had it and they would go get it for me. She offered to put it in the mail for me. I told I was still in town and would come by and get. I know this seems minor to have lost but it is very special to me, for my nephews gave me that sign. I want to thank everyone involved from selling me my truck to the service and understanding of my sentimental needs. More

Oil change / address issue windshield cowling buckling While there the oil change representative brought to my attention the need to have alignment check. So I purchased the life time alignment package. While there the oil change representative brought to my attention the need to have alignment check. So I purchased the life time alignment package. After I left the dealership I noticed that the print out of the alignment preformed still had a red indication of left front alignment was still in the red while all the others showed a green indication . I returned to the dealership today to have them explain why I still had one red indication on the print out. I was told that I would have to speak to a service advisor about that issue. So since I'm waiting for appt. To replace the cowling the service advisor stated we would address the issue when I bring the vehicle in. More
