I tried to call for service appointment but phones were always busy. After 3 calls it finally went to voicemail and I left a detailed message, but never received a call back. I finally went in person and voiced my complaint about phone service. I was told that it’s a common complaint and the service dept is aware but nothing changes. If there were another Chrysler dealer within 10 miles I would have gone to them just based on this. Fast forward to the awesome mechanic that provided excellent repairs and customer service. But first impressions are difficult to erase. More
