The only reason I continue to return for oil change is because I have pre-paid oil for life service. The "quick" express oil change often takes long. I live just outside of town so I have to hang around a because I have pre-paid oil for life service. The "quick" express oil change often takes long. I live just outside of town so I have to hang around and wait. This last time I was able to walk next door to have a sit down table breakfast only to return and still wait. As often as I have expressed to no longer return, I think this was actually the very last time. My time is far too valuable to sit around and wait for what is advertised as a "quick" oil change. More

They’re ok. If you are paying for oil changes now, there’s much better places who charge less and are quicker. These guys tried to say my rear brake rotors were bad at only 10k miles so I took it to a brake shop and they laughed and said they were fine and like new. I’ll never go back here unless for warranty More

I felt they engaged in fraud with my insurance company, in not completing the repair to my vehicle correctly; and not at minimum changing the driver side shock-spring assembly.
