The staff is not at all friendly, I went to get my oil changed and felt like a number. There was no smile or a “good morning”. I walked inside to have a sit and I heard a gentleman say “Good Morning”, I changed and felt like a number. There was no smile or a “good morning”. I walked inside to have a sit and I heard a gentleman say “Good Morning”, I turned around and acknowledged the gentleman. Some looked at me and I said” smile it’s Friday”! A few did other didn’t. Lithia must not be a happy place to work for or the staff need a refreshing course on customer service because it’s needed. I started going to another auto shop where the whole staff have excellent customer service and couldn’t resist but give the manager a good compliment. My oil has been paid for as long as I have the vehicle otherwise I would not go to Lithia. More
