I had to return my vehicle, which was undrivable; to repair the shock spring assembly that was obviously needed on the left side. I paid for it myself because you were denying there was a problem, even though the front end was not even. As I result the vehicle sat outside for somewhere around 4 weeks while I waited for the part to come in. You, or my God awful insurance company, "American Family Coonect Property and Casualty Insurance Company" should at least reimburse me for this repair.
