Both my wife and I enjoyed the courtesy of the employees we interacted with. My only 2 points of dissatisfaction were: - the sales representative did not return my phone call for several days to inform u we interacted with. Terrible experience! My son took in one of the two trucks I own , both purchased from y’all, in for an oil change and was up sold to the tune of $720.00 😡. He agreed to the additional work suggested by representative, however, he had no idea what the cost would be. I know he wouldn’t have agreed to it if that was true! He regularly turns down that up charge stuff down at quick oil change places! I’m so disappointed that going forward I will have both my trucks serviced at other area RAM dealerships!! Only thing I will use y’all for is the prepaid oil change services! I’m a AAA member and I contemplating reviewing y’all on that site as well! More

This will be the last time I go to Lithia Corpus. It was an issue after issue. For the record I have no problem with my salesman Christopher Barrios. He has gone above and beyond to attempt to make w It was an issue after issue. For the record I have no problem with my salesman Christopher Barrios. He has gone above and beyond to attempt to make wrongs right. I finally got my new to me Cherokee. However I am missing the tire service kit that the window sticker says I am supposed to have. And I and now quite certain that one of my tires is a used tire. It happens to be worn down more than the others and is the wrong size. I brought this up to Christopher and was informed that there is no more money left and they cannot replace my tire. The reason for that it because my Cherokee was discounted in order to match the price of the original Cherokee that I purchased and later found out did not exist. So the dealership made that right by discounting this one to correct the mistake they made. But I am now driving unsafely with two different size tires. I cannot rotate them when I need to because that would put a different size tire on my drive axle and I doubt this dealership would cover the damages that would cause. All in all I am very unhappy with the entire process. But again. No real issues with Christopher. He's really trying. Update April 19th 2022. This used tire I'm stuck with that is the wrong size also has a leak. I've had to put air on it twice in the week or so that I've had my Cherokee. More
