Purchase a new 2022 ram 2500 and no one ever took the time to show me the features, how to operate the radio.I basically had to talk some to someone at work that had a older model 2500 to teach me things time to show me the features, how to operate the radio.I basically had to talk some to someone at work that had a older model 2500 to teach me things I need to know about my new vehicle. But I do remember speaking to one of the salesman (Max) prior to buying the truck and said that with nitrogen in my tires for additional cost I would never get a flat tire, and he could not take the cost off the price of the truck because it was factory installed.
