My experience at Lithia was good. All the employees were kind. I did, however, give an "ok" remark on "quality of work" because the car I purchased had a broken hood intake vent and there was a paint chip kind. I did, however, give an "ok" remark on "quality of work" because the car I purchased had a broken hood intake vent and there was a paint chip in the hood that I didn't notice until I got the car home. And no, it wasn't from the drive home. I would have noticed something hitting the car. Not a big deal, not complaining. But it was missed by everyone that would have made a quality check on the car before sending me on my way. Customer service in the service department is a little slow. I know it's almost always busy and there are customers coming and going frequently. When I showed up the first behind another lady we were greeted and told someone would be with us shortly. Yet there were two employees sitting at their desk typing on the computer for about 10 minutes before someone else finally came in to assist. No reason one of those two employees couldn't stop typing for 20 seconds and help. Nonetheless, I will return for my service issues. Thank you, and I hope this information will help. More
