I was very pleased with the vehicle we picked out, and pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price. Richard worked hard with the initial financing and my trade in to make a contract for sale within my budget. He went the extra steps to help us be able to purchase the perfect for us vehicle. Sonia was our finance officer and was very welcoming and gracious.While we were signing the loan papers and talking about life in general, Sonia said she was going to try to get us better financing at a better rate. We finished signing and went home happy. The following business day i received a message from her. She had gone the extra steps again on my behalf when she didn't have to. I appreciate these associates very much. When I went to have my new plates put on, Rory was my service man and he was very nice and polite.
