I was looking at used and she showed me brand new cars that were in my price range. Without her help and guidance I wouldn't be as happy with my purchase as I am today. I am so in love with my new car. All of the staff was very accommodating and welcoming, however Trina went above and beyond any expectation I had on that day. She even took the initiative to schedule my appointment for the "dealership ding" repairs. All around awesome experience. She was the first one who greeted me as I walked through the doors and initially I just asked where the restrooms were being that I had just left work but once I that was done I went and found her to ask her another question. Can you get me out of my lease and into a DODGE.. She was so awesome all the way around, her personality and her knowledge. Those had to have been the most fun test drives I had ever taken. She wasn't able to help me that day so I left disappointed after spending hours there with her. So much so that I went home and found a way to make it work and called her up the next day and we made it happen!! Even now almost 2 months after the sales she will still text me to make sure everything is going good. ALL 10's and A++++++. Ill be back for that 300 in a couple years Trina!!!! More

Refusal to fix the issue I’ve never posted a negative review about a business before, but I definitely have to make an exception this time. Never have I had such an AWFUL experience working with the service department at a car dealership. Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Corpus Christi is the absolute WORST place you could take your car to be serviced. I bought a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler less than two months ago, and they straight up refused to fix the clutch even though the warranty fully covers it. Their service department is complete crap. It took them TEN DAYS to even look at it and diagnose the problem. My jeep was broken into on THEIR lot, the window is completely shattered and very expensive personal items were stolen. Tell everyone you know NOT to take their cars for service at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Corpus Christi. All that comes out of it is a huge hassle, a headache, and a complete waste of time. More

Then he wanted me to leave the car for several days - not happening. We have an extended warranty on the car, but he cannot be bothered to look for it, because that's not his job. He told me to call the finance department and see if they could give me the information. Poor training, poor customer service and extremely poor computer skills, and the man obviously does not like his job and needs to find a new job. More
The service center management is atrocious I made an appointment last week (9/4/2015) to have a component installed in my new jeep. Making the appointment was easy enough and I scheduled it for I made an appointment last week (9/4/2015) to have a component installed in my new jeep. Making the appointment was easy enough and I scheduled it for Today, 9/8/2015 at 7am. They assured me I would have a loaner car and that all parts were in stock for the installation. This morning I arrived at 7:00am to have the components installed on my vehicle. The first thing to go wrong was that they did not have a loaner available, after assuring me that one would be available when I made my appointment. This wasn't a huge deal since the installation shouldn't take very long. The second thing to go wrong was that the service representative told me that the service technicians do not start work until 8am. This left me wondering why I was able to make a service appointment at 7:00am if the people required to do the work wouldn't even be available. So with no loaner vehicle and an hour wait before I would find out how long I would have to wait for the actual work to be completed, I was forced to wait. An hour and a half later the service representative came over to tell me that the components that were guaranteed to be in stock when I made the appointment 4 days prior, were not in stock and that they would have to be ordered. The lead time for the order? Ten days. After having a great experience buying our jeep from Lithia, this utter disappointment in service has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will avoid returning if at all possible. I encourage anyone else who values their time to do the same. The lack of competence in their service management is atrocious. More
Great service! Soo helpful..It was a Friday before Labor Day weekend and my Jeep Wrangler was not holding charge. Called with no appointment JC in service dept said Soo helpful..It was a Friday before Labor Day weekend and my Jeep Wrangler was not holding charge. Called with no appointment JC in service dept said bring it in and they'll take a look.Within few hrs found it was a bad battery and replaced it. He called it was ready. He sent a driver to come get me from work an hour before they closed so I could picked it up. Soo grateful and happy always with the service. Thank you JC!! More

UNBELIEVABLY INEPT & CONSTANT PROBLEMS EVEN AFTER PURCHASING Went with INTENT to purchase new Jeep & ONLY reason we purchased was due to pricing. Otherwise GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Sales staff tried to show us a "Jeep" that was actually a Dodge Durango... then when we called the salesman aside to explain that was NOT what we were interested in purchasing, he began to quote us incorrect information on vehicles. When we did purchase the correct vehicle, he neglected to put temporary tags on the vehicle, took TWO DAYS to even get BACK TO US via phone regarding tags, THEN we began to get calls from the MANAGER of financing, Veronica, had to request us to come BACK IN to fill out forms that SHE had missed. Followed by a statement in the mail and a drop in our credit report due to them running our credit NINE separate times, when we had a score of initially over 800. FOLLOWED AGAIN by going in to get our windows tinted as in original pricing...and they messed up the tint job & we had to return it to get it FIXED AGAIN. These people are completely inept, managers would be better to serve people french fries at McDonalds than trying to fill out paper forms and diagnose someone's financing. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They are by far worst dealership we have ever dealt with and this is the 10th brand new car we have purchased so there are WAYYYY better options than Lithia. More
