Disgraceful to Women Very disappointed in this dealership! Went in to trade my vehicle and the salesman said absolutely; Lithia would help me trade in my vehicle and lower Very disappointed in this dealership! After 2 hours of searching for a vehicle .. that he wanted me to buy , I said I wanted a particular vehicle; well it was a NO! I had the down payment and the credit to get the vehicle but the only reason the salesman was helping me was because he thought the man who accompanied me (who was my father) was going to co-sign. When I said no I was the person purchasing the vehicle and he had nothing to do with the deal the Sales Manager refused to help me trade in my vehicle. Well, a month later I received a letter from the financing company stating they were waiting on a better offer submitted by the dealership in order to approve the loan. Women avoid Lithia! No respect! More
