Brake check on a Chrysler Town and Country prior to vacation Had new brakes installed in September, but now noticed a loud "squeal" when braking in reverse in December. They inspected and cleaned the "dust" from the brakes and informed us it was expected wear but some excessive dust was causing the noise - would not hinder the performance or life of the brakes. In and out of service in one day, which was great as we were leaving for an extended trip within a few days. During the Christmas trip however, the noise has persisted and now occuring when applying the brakes when the vehicle is moving forward. More
