Oil change / address issue windshield cowling buckling While there the oil change representative brought to my attention the need to have alignment check. So I purchased the life time alignment package. While there the oil change representative brought to my attention the need to have alignment check. So I purchased the life time alignment package. After I left the dealership I noticed that the print out of the alignment preformed still had a red indication of left front alignment was still in the red while all the others showed a green indication . I returned to the dealership today to have them explain why I still had one red indication on the print out. I was told that I would have to speak to a service advisor about that issue. So since I'm waiting for appt. To replace the cowling the service advisor stated we would address the issue when I bring the vehicle in. More

Another GREAT Car Buying experience We traded in our 2015 RAM for a newer 2018 RAM, we pretty much got what we were asking for our trade-in and extremely close what we were going to pay We traded in our 2015 RAM for a newer 2018 RAM, we pretty much got what we were asking for our trade-in and extremely close what we were going to pay "out the door price" for our newer vehicle. Good Car Buying Experience Poor detailing I purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica on 04/09/18. My sales person Donnie was very nice. We explained to him and the manager what we needed to get the I purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica on 04/09/18. My sales person Donnie was very nice. We explained to him and the manager what we needed to get the deal done and they made it happen. The day we bought the vehicle it was poor weather conditions. I was told to bring the car in on Friday 04/13/18 for a detail which would consist of a vacuum and wash. When I picked up the car on Friday afternoon the vehicle had appeared to only have been vacuumed. There were marks on the wind shield that the dealership or manufacture left that were still present. The interior dash board was dusty and the side windows and mirrors were streaked. These issues are not major however I would have been better off taking the car to a car wash myself and cleaning the dash and interior. For my car to be at the dealership for 5 hours and to have this quality of work performed it is disappointing. As a costumer I dont feel like my time was considered valuable as evident by the incomplete job they did on my vehicles detail. More
