Little glitches occurred along the way due to getting as many desired options as possible, but at the end I was treated well and got a beautiful truck. Manager Ben made sure I was satisfied. Finance manager Veronica made the paperwork easy. Highly recommend this dealer and will be coming back in a few years when my 13 year old is ready for a vehicle! More

We were in a bind with a van that would not start David Machado provided professional, authentic, and timely customer service as our Service Advisor. We were in a bind with a van that would not start and a projected two-day wait before the dealership could even look at the van to see what needed to be done. Mr. Machado, not only call me the morning (9 August) after we had the van towed to the dealership after the service department had closed (8 August), he listened attentively to my concerns and had provided me an itemized list of repair costs that afternoon on 9 August. We discussed everything telephonically and he promptly made adjustments based on confirmation of services which had already been performed. He also added an additional repair, which I brought to his attention and suggested an alternative to another repair for which I informed him. His estimate of for a no later than completion was on Monday, 13 August, with the caveat that if it could be completed earlier that he would contact us. It was and he contacted me on Saturday, 11 August, at 8:23 a.m. Although we do not due business on Shabbat, sunset Friday to Sunset Saturday, we arranged for pickup on Monday, 13 August. I am confident that the repairs and service performed will match Mr. Machado's professional courtesy! This is type service that keeps customers returning.... More

My recommendation - have all use vehicles tested by 1-3 people so you can weed out/repair those little....things that can cancel the whole purchase. This Jeep had been driven by 1-4 people before us. I cannot believe nobody heard the noise because it was the 1st thing I heard within 20 feet of driving it. The process to fix the noise took close to 2 hours. I was sorely tempted to leave. If it had taken 10 more minutes I was throwing in the towel, especially since we drove 2 hours to get here. I hope we don't regret doing the purchase. What other things are wrong? Other than that-the salesmen were nice and informative-Santiago (Jimmy?), Jessie Flores, Esteban Bueno, Chase? The guys seem to help each other out when we asked questions! More
