Service was excellent! I bought my Dodge in 2013 at Mark Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Lake Charles, LA. The service department was absolutely terrible with both the service of my I bought my Dodge in 2013 at Mark Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Lake Charles, LA. The service department was absolutely terrible with both the service of my vehicle and customer service. I have free oil changes from them and refuse to even use them. The blatant disregard for my vehicle by that dealership truly changed my mind about even purchasing another dodge vehicle until I was serviced by the Lithia dealership in Corpus Christi. On Monday, 9/17 everything from the moment that I came in until I returned later that day was an amazing experience. Thanks for being a true and honest dealership. This is how you earn and retain customers by having integrity and a genuine concern for your customer and their vehicle. Thanks again Lithia!!!!! More

Awesome service experience ! I came in and was greeted promptly by a smiling service person . He was very polite and explained everything nicely . I expected it to take a long tim I came in and was greeted promptly by a smiling service person . He was very polite and explained everything nicely . I expected it to take a long time but he came and got me from the waiting area in only about 30 minutes . I was very happily surprised . He went over my inspection form and explained that everything was great on my car right now and got an all Green ! Very good experience ! More
