Save your money!! Bad service!! Took our truck into the service department for an error with the Regen system and to perform recalls on the truck. There were 5 recalls. 4 days late Took our truck into the service department for an error with the Regen system and to perform recalls on the truck. There were 5 recalls. 4 days later we call because we had not heard anything from them. The service writer asked to call us back. 5 minutes later she calls and says that there is a problem and it is not covered under warranty. A $5000 problem. Told her we were picking the truck up to get a second opinion. Picked up the truck and none of the recalls were completed. Took it to a private diesel mechanic, the water pump was out( one of the recalls) and it needed computer updates. Be warned and save your money from these crooks!! Talked to the assistant manager in service and was told we were getting a refund in everything we had to spend (approx. $600) and have not seen anything yet since August.. I have emailed several times and was told payment was sent out. They didn't even have our address correct. So, be warned!!! More
