Gave me the go around on a vehicle I agreed to by and signed papers for. Over a month later I still didn't have the vehicle. Wasn't allowed to test drive and it was "still in service" after that they tol signed papers for. Over a month later I still didn't have the vehicle. Then asked me if I'd take a different vehicle. I said yes. A week after that discussion, I messaged the sales man to ask for an update (like I had to over and over again about the original vehicle) and still no answer. Went to another dealership and purchased a vehicle in my price range and the type of vehicle I was looking for after 5 days of talking with the salesman. Will NEVER use Lithia EVER again. More
I wouldn't take my jeep back not even for the most basic oil change. "Certified" tech misdiagnosed then repaired misdiagnosed part charging 3x the labor rate of what should have been charged. We bought oil changes when we bought our jeep. The problem with this service is you cannot make an appointment. You have to come in as a first come first serve customer and you compete with other cust problem with this service is you cannot make an appointment. You have to come in as a first come first serve customer and you compete with other customers who have appointments for other things. This method is not efficient for ones day. You certainly cannot make plans because you may or may not get out timely. Other than that, the service has been ok. More
I’m not happy at all with the experience I had. I was lied to and told if I didn’t like it I could leave by Mr. Rios. They sold me a 2017 Nissan Frontier and neglected to tell me the tail gate didn’t wor lied to and told if I didn’t like it I could leave by Mr. Rios. My nephew was the one that it when he tried to close it. I asked if they would fix it for me they took it and kept it over night. No called to let me know anything. You have on your website a three day exchange policy and when I asked about it Mr. Rios said you didn’t have any policy like that. All I want is for the tailgate to be fixed. I’m a Senior and don’t appreciate the way I was treated. More
