When I picked my car up it was still disassembled and I was unaware, until I was on the freeway. My car was shaking and making a loud noise under the hood. I pulled to to the side of the road and had my ca was unaware, until I was on the freeway. My car was shaking and making a loud noise under the hood. I pulled to to the side of the road and had my car towed home. Upon inspection the mobile mechanic stated that the dealership failed to put my car back together before handing me the keys and charging me full price for the 1/2 xxx service they performed. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. Their customer service was pitiful and made it seem like it was no big deal. They must do this all the time because they acted like they were accustomed to these types of concerns & complaints. If you don’t believe me, I dare you to take your car there and find out for yourself! More
