I tried to call for service appointment but phones were always busy. After 3 calls it finally went to voicemail and I left a detailed message, but never received a call back. I finally went in person and v always busy. After 3 calls it finally went to voicemail and I left a detailed message, but never received a call back. I finally went in person and voiced my complaint about phone service. I was told that it’s a common complaint and the service dept is aware but nothing changes. If there were another Chrysler dealer within 10 miles I would have gone to them just based on this. Fast forward to the awesome mechanic that provided excellent repairs and customer service. But first impressions are difficult to erase. More

Joey was great from day 1, he showed me the different vehicles, was super patient and didnt push at all. He knew how much I had my eye on the vehicle that was in transit so as soon as it got to the deal vehicles, was super patient and didnt push at all.
