Very unprofessional, customers needs are not first at this dealership. Expressed the need for plates and registration expedited as I needed to drive out of state to return for work. My request was basica this dealership. Expressed the need for plates and registration expedited as I needed to drive out of state to return for work. My request was basically ignored and I was now inconvenienced in having to fly out and leave my vehicle behind which will require a trip back for pickup. More

These guys are terrible. Couldn’t get enough extra time for them to show us how to work the on screen operations. 4 weeks later my trade-in isn’t paid off. Asked parts dept to order side steps, was told th for them to show us how to work the on screen operations. 4 weeks later my trade-in isn’t paid off. Asked parts dept to order side steps, was told they would call when they came in, and would have service dept call to tell me how much they would charge to install them. I haven’t heard from either dept since, so I ordered the steps my self, saved some money. Will do everything I can to tell others not to come to this dealership. More

Lithia redid the terms of the contract after I had the PU 2 WEEKS..
