I don’t want any stars given. I talked to one sales person named Brian. Then apparently he had a Toyota for me to look at but sold it. When I went in person he wasn’t even there. Was able to do a loaner for one day on a Chrysler 200 that I really liked. Well didn’t even get to get home to my son on Christmas Eve mind you. The car over heated and broke down. They did not want to offer me another vehicle or make it right. I really wanted that car and really liked it. Then I was told oh well we can fix if you still want it. And after that I’m no I don’t want a car that broke down. So I was thinking of purchasing something else. After getting put off and having to deal with a 3rd sales person. You would think they would make it right and apologize and WANT to get me into another car NO! Making promises to fix that one if I really wanted to purchase it. xxxx NOOOO Then basically was left stranded on spid n kostoryz on Christmas Eve late at night no way home and no other car offered. MY friend had to come get me. Just trying to get home to my son. And nothing. I’ve never dealt with a dealership so I did say I’m going to take my business elsewhere. Not right.
