When I went months later to trade in they wanted 10,000 down and when they knew i wouldn't have it became rude. Now my car doesn't work and the part is not covered nor do they even have part. Do not buy from them. More

I was hesitant to write a review about this dealership but after tonight I think it is only fair that I protect others. We are new to the Bryan College station area, and we moved here because our son is an Aggie. My father in law is a 75 year old Vietnam Vet. He is BLIND. He has some issues health and mental issues, which is why my wife is his power of attorney. She went over to his house today to fill up his medication as we do every week, to find that he had a new Jeep sitting in his drive way. A blind elderly man, who cannot drive was sold a car by the “Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge” of Bryan. My father in law called up to the dealership, without us knowing and talked to a sales person. The sales rep, after being told by my father in law that he was blind and cannot drive, had someone pick him up at his house and drive him to the dealership. He apparently stayed there all day long with these people, who sold him a 39k 2023 new Jeep and after everything else they added it came to 50K dollars. His payment was $832 dollars a month for a Vet who is on a fixed income. The sales rep then drove him to an insurance place that he “recommended”. I am not sure if they divulged to the insurance company that he was blind or not. We contacted the insurance company who had advised us that he was being charged $277 dollars a month. It was only for 25k and would not cover the vehicle past that point. Also, they listed him as the only covered person to operate the vehicle. Yes, an elderly blind, non-licensed driver is the only insured person for the vehicle. I called the dealership and asked for the GM, Coy to call me. Instead of contacting us, they called my father in law and asked him why? Why would I have an issue with selling a vehicle to a blind, 75 year old man who has mental issues? This place is highly unethical. I will be contacting anyone who will listen to this story. My father in law, doesn’t even want the car. This place will take advantage of you and your loved ones. Stay Clear! More

I found a vehicle online just to be told it has an unspecified engine issue. I was then told that there's a different corvette on the lot with no issues. The corvette with no issues happened to belong unspecified engine issue. I was then told that there's a different corvette on the lot with no issues. The corvette with no issues happened to belong to the same service tech who found the issue with the corvette that I found online. This corvette was off the lot dirty and I happened to find a similar if not the SAME CAR ON CARS.COM. I had my doubts but I know with my credit I should at least get a good interest rate, plus I really want a corvette. Well... the salesperson came back with an extremely insulting interest rate and the car was marked update 10k above standard asking price. I will never visit this lot again and I will advise everyone to do the same. More
Salesman Benito and I negotiated the price of a vehicle. I proceeded with signing contracts and paying my down payment. I informed them that I have booked my flight to pick up the vehicle. He then informed I proceeded with signing contracts and paying my down payment. I informed them that I have booked my flight to pick up the vehicle. He then informed me of service charges “not much” totaling $3,950 will be added to the price of the vehicle. I politely declined paying any extra charges after the fact and asked for a refund of my down payment. I had to contact the dealership repeatedly in order to remind them to reverse the charges. They were insisting that I pay an extra $10k for another vehicle they had available. If I didn’t have $4k apparently I had an extra $10k? They’re crooks! The contract/warranty has discrepancies as well. It took the dealership 2 weeks to reverse the charges. I’ve gone through 3 weeks of headaches dealing with this dealership. If you do decide to do business with this dealership, be sure to use Robert Redix, he was the only salesman compassionate enough to ensure that I was treated fairly. More
