Service and program tow package. Not done when installed. Appt on Saturday morning to change oil, and program tow package. Was told the service department needed to keep all day, they had 10 carry overs from Appt on Saturday morning to change oil, and program tow package. I live in Prosser and was not going to stay at the dealership all day nor was I taking a rental home and then come back. Left very unhappy!!! Was called after about a half hour by service manager and he convinced me to bring it back and they would get right on it. It took about 1 and a half hours to complete. I was very unhappy and am not sure I will take the vehicle back to this dealership for service. Sales department much better. More

Just plain amazing! My husband and I came in last Saturday night, about an hour and a half before closing. The car that we had looked at online was already gone, but Tim My husband and I came in last Saturday night, about an hour and a half before closing. The car that we had looked at online was already gone, but Tim quickly found us an identical one, in a different color. Our test drive went great, and he told us about all of the features that the Jeep had. He also was very personable, and really easy to just have a conversation with. When we got back to the dealership, Fred took a look at our trade and and quickly had a trade in value for us. It was much higher than other dealerships have offered, and quite frankly it was more than we expected. Both Tim and Fred were very candid about the entire process. It only took about five minutes to get a deal penciled, and it was well within our planned budget as well. When we were in finance, Jessica was very kind, even though we were keeping her past closing time. The paper work was easy and very fast compared to other buying exerpeinces elsewhere. There was no pressure to add on any additional warranties or service plans. Once we finished finance, both Fred and Tim helped us get our things moved from our old car to our new one. Honestly, the best car buying experience we have ever had! (And my husband used to seek cars) I? would highly recommend Lithia to anyone looking at purchasing a new or used vehicle!
