Best car buying experience from a dealership!! I was referred to Ruben by my mother as she had such a great experience looking for and buying a used car. So I called Ruben as I live out of state an I was referred to Ruben by my mother as she had such a great experience looking for and buying a used car. So I called Ruben as I live out of state and told him I was looking for a Durango with certain features on a budget with a good loan rate. Well he didn’t have the specific vehicle I was looking for but he did find one at another location the same day and at a great price! He called me back and told me the details and if I was interested in him getting the vehicle delivered. I said yes!! So within two days he got the vehicle on his lot and they cleaned it up and did a maintenance check to ensure I could drive it back to California. While it was on the way to their lot Erik called me to let me know he was looking for different financing options. He was able to find me a great rate that I was happy to go with. So everything was ready to sign once I arrived into town. Once I showed up all I had to do was sign the papers because they took care of everything!! These two men really knocked it out of the park and went above and beyond during the entire process especially with me being out of state. I highly recommend talking to these two gentlemen as they handled everything quickly and professionally by giving me options, and kept me informed during the entire process while being out of state. So now they are the first people I call if friends or family are looking for a vehicle. I also will definitely be returning when I need another vehicle! Thanks for the great service Ruben and Erik!!
