Brought vehicle in for a service, spent two hours waiting and they performed the wrong service. I confirmed before they started what I wanted done, I booked what I wanted online, and somehow they completely and they performed the wrong service. They asked if I wanted synthetic or regular oil, I said synthetic, and they ended up adding regular. Terrible experience. I tried to correct the problem and the service rep just argued with me. Go anywhere else, this place is awful. More
Do not buy a vehicle here. I bought a newer vehicle from here after being assured from the salesman that it was a one owner, very clean truck. After purchasing the vehicle and driving 3 hours home, I took it to my mechanic for a detailed inspection. Upon inspection, we found that the entire passenger side of the truck has been repainted and filled with bondo. During the 3 hour trip home, the bondo cracked on the door, and now my expensive “one owner” truck needs a complete new set of doors and paint job. When I went back to the images and listing of the truck, I realized there were not any pictures of the passenger side. They knew of the damage and chose not to disclose the information. Steer clear of this establishment. More

I am very picky regarding service being done to my 2020 Cherokee Latitude Lux. Each time I have taken my vehicle to Lithia for service it has been an Excellent Experience!!!! Oscar and Dexia are always ch Cherokee Latitude Lux. Each time I have taken my vehicle to Lithia for service it has been an Excellent Experience!!!! Oscar and Dexia are always cheerful and welcoming! Oscar always remembers my husband and I each time we come in. Oscar is willing to answer any questions I have regarding my vehicle‘s maintenance or any other questions I have with confidence and a caring demeanor. Austin is my go to service mechanic!!!! He is always on top of things and is attentive to anything my vehicle may need addressed. Thank You!!!! For being such a Great Service Team!!!! and the confidence and enjoyable experience each time we come in for Service!!!! More

Been a customer from Lithia since 2016 (more specific in Medford, OR) and I never had an issue before. But, I recently moved to tri-cities and was planning to start getting my car services in their Kenn in Medford, OR) and I never had an issue before. But, I recently moved to tri-cities and was planning to start getting my car services in their Kennewick location and it was the worse experience ever. Dezia sold me a life time oil change a month ago or at least that she charged me for. But she didn't even know how their system works she keep asking questions to Oscar on how to add my address, my card etc. at the end she said that the system logged her out and she didn't know how to recover the page. I got charged for the plan and she said that she was going to figure it out and give me a call back. Fine, I left ITS BEEN A MONTH and she still haven't figure it out. I been calling her and she said is that she is working on it and that's was going to call me back and surprise. No calls. Finally, last Friday I decided to go in person and she still didn't have an answer. Another person helped me and told me to buy the plan again and that the first plan was going to be cancelled. Did that. They told me to wait for the refund by today Monday and first thing in the morning instead of refund I got charged AGAIN. How many plans do I have now? And why are you selling plans if you don't even know how your system works? I went to the dealership at 6:00 today and what I received instead of answers was yelling for the service manager (that didn't even bother saying his name. The only old man in the service department). I told him I was tired of this situation and that I wasn't leaving without my refunds for the money that they been taking out of my account and his answer "I guess you are camping, because nobody is here". Yes that is the MANAGERRR!!! He was also yelling at me saying if I didn't understand that he couldn't do anything. Even the guy that was with us was uncomfortable for how he was taking to me. In conclusion, answers none. Screams from the manager a lot and $900 dollars missing from my account. More
