After signing papers I had a question about the vehicle price being different from what they told me it would be. My fault, I didn’t catch it when signing. Never received a reply to my question. A year and a half later, directly after a routine service my pickup had a lifter fail. Service manager told me they couldn’t do anything with it right away and it wouldn’t be covered by warranty because of modifications. I took it to another dealer who fixed the bad lifters and cam (at 71,000 miles on a diesel) without question under warranty. Shortly after, I traded the pickup at a different dealer. I went back to cancel my GAP and service contract and was told the refund would be sent to the bank to pay toward the loan that had already been paid off by trading the pickup in. This dealership is full of incompetence from the sales staff all the way through to the service and sales management. The only person I talked to there with any actual knowledge was their “diesel tech”. Buyer beware. You buy from Lithia in Tri-Cities Washington, prepare to be screwed over by people that either don’t know what they’re doing or are doing it on purpose. Side note: in just under two years, I have not encountered the same sales person on any 2 visits. More
Check engine light came on again after the 2023 Jeep Compass had been at Lithia for 40 days to be fixed. Unfortunately check engine light came on again, again Bert got the Jeep in and got it fixed. We are hoping no more problems but if so we will be back and asking for Bert. I want to thank John Hileman for reaching out to us, it was really appreciated. And the last time we came in Manny opened the door and greeted us, it was so nice, all that makes you feel welcomed and that they care and want to help the customers. After all we are the ones who keep you in business. More
