Worked with Robert in the service department regarding recalls for our Jeep Liberties. Robert researched order parts and scheduled service. I was not communicating well with your automated phone service and was connected with a human being within a short time after ending the call. I was then scheduled for service much sooner than the automat service and was connected with a human being within a short time after ending the call. I was provided a shuttle home and back which was appreciated. I was notified early afternoon my service was complete. This was an improvement from the past in which I am calling at 4:30 wondering if my service will be completed that day.
