We had a service truck dropped off to be diagnosed for a rear end noise. After almost two full weeks on giving the go ahead to do the repair work.....it still isn't done. First excuse...we don't have a lift. Second excuse the parts got second day aired to the wrong place so now they wont be in for another week. What a joke! We will never take our vehicles to them again. We will also never buy a truck from them in the future like we had planned on doing. More

The customer service was awesome and the sales person we worked with ( Travis Solso ) was very helpful, patient, and kind. e never treated us like he didn't have the time or knowledge to answer any questions had about the vehicle we choose-- he went out the lot and brought a 2018 Jeep Latitude around for us to test drive--we were sold. He did an outstanding job as well as Jessica Perkins, they had our best interests at heart and we drove the new Jeep home-- to Walla Wala.
