Asked for a V6, power front seats with lumbar and heat. Car delivered was 4 cylinder, right front seat no power. When challenged was told the v6 would be more money. The price I was willing to pay was discussed up front. Additionally, the car I wanted was not at the dealership, 4 days went by before delivered, no one kept us appraised of what was happening, and no one returned phone calls. And as said above, the car delivered did not have the features requested. More
