Scheduled appointments to fix the problem under warranty and took the time to keep bringing the car in for service and pick it up numerous times, over the course of about a month. The sheer incompetence of the service department crew blew me away. The representative that was assigned to helping me with my car seemed to have no interest whatsoever to rectify the issue I was having with the vehicle. She even tried to make up a story about how she contacted FCA and they advised her that 92 octane is mandatory for this vehicle when in fact the owner’s manual lists 91 as the minimum octane rating. Not sure if she was looking for a way to dismiss the warranty work as user negligence but at that point I had no faith that they would ever fix the problem. Some oxygen sensors were replaced according to the invoice but the car continued to have the same symptoms. The sales department made a decent attempt to provide customer satisfaction by getting me into a leftover new 2017 Charger Hellcat but of course I lost some money in the trade. At that point I wanted nothing to do with the first car and took my losses. The new car was missing the floor mats on the passenger side and they said the mats are on back order and gave me some from another Charger until they get some SRT ones but several months have passed and they still can’t get the SRT mats. All in all, I have learned my lesson about this dealership. I gave them a try, despite hearing bad things about them from other people, and I've gotten bit by them. If I buy another Chrysler in the future I will be looking elsewhere. More
