Refreshing Experience So I just purchased a new to me 1500 ecodiesel and let me tell you something. I have never been able to have a buying experience from Lithia in the pa So I just purchased a new to me 1500 ecodiesel and let me tell you something. I have never been able to have a buying experience from Lithia in the past as they were hard to deal with and were never interested in a fair deal. That is not the case any more. Arthur has been the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with on a vehicle buying experience. He didn't play games was straight to the point and really made me feel like he is working for me. Which helps as I know the business. Not only has Arthir and team gone above and beyond during the sales process, but Arthur continues to go above and beyond after the sale. Believe me when I tell you this is not the same Lithia of the past. They want to earn your business. I say let them try.
