Excellent experience for new vehicle purchase This purchase was our first vehicle my wife and I have purchased brand new. We shopped for a while, there were some features we were unwilling to comp This purchase was our first vehicle my wife and I have purchased brand new. We shopped for a while, there were some features we were unwilling to compromise with and in some cases was probably difficult for a salesman find something we were looking for. Jay took our list had options to lay out and it went from there. We had been to Lithia two times before we met with Jay. We spent our time looking at the 3500’s in the back end of the parking lot. We were never approached while looking. Both times my wife and I looked through the parking lot I didn’t see what I was looking for. We also searched the internet heavily hoping to find a deal on a 2018 model with the 2020 features out and recently announced. We looked from Seattle to Hayden, Id. Frustrated with trim packages I finally took a window sticker, highlighted features I wouldn’t compromise on and sent that list to Jay. Jay, promptly sent a list of three vehicles that met the criteria and were within our price range. We took our time going through each one weighing our deduction on what suited our needs once. Jay allowed us the time to discuss what was best for us. Never pushed or tried to sway or influence a decision other than laying out the facts or features that were different in each model. I appreciate that. In the past I hated car shopping because of that. We ended up settling on a vehicle that day which wasn’t what our original intention was. The sales and fiancé team were excellent to work with. They took they’re time with us. We wanted to make sure we had the best interest rate available and wanted that to come from our bank. Lithia made that happen even though our bank didn’t offer the 4.6% at that time. Lithia got them to match it so we could get the loan from gesa. I really appreciated that. We came late Sunday and the team stayed late to finish the sale. I was impressed. Jay followed through with every part of the sale. Even after the sale, period checks while we were waiting for license plates. I had questions on air fresheners used by detailing crews, he tracked those down and got answers, even got me a small bag of them to use so I know what they were using. Plates came in, he let us know and installed them. Service was too notch. I want to add running boards to the truck and he was willing to help answer any questions with that as well. I’m glad we got to work with Jay. We’ll definitely utilize him and Lithia on the next purchase. More
