Weird first time buyer experience I researched a certain vehicle and found one for sale on the internet at this dealership, after getting talked into signing a commitment form I find o I researched a certain vehicle and found one for sale on the internet at this dealership, after getting talked into signing a commitment form I find out the Jeep is not going to be available to test drive because it needs a final cleaning and once over. After deciding to purchase the vehicle we get a call saying it had a coolant leak and the engine and transmission has been removed and it was no where close to ready. At this time I had already purchased insurance and financed the vehicle. After another week I find the vehicle is finally ready only to get a check engine light on the way home. We live over 100 miles away so even after all the warranty purchases and promises I found it was easier to get the $270 exhaust sensor fixed locally. I love the vehicle but the experience was rocky and left me completely un satisfied. It will be very hard for me to find positive things to say about Lithia. I really feel like a dealership should not be able to post a vehicle for sale weeks before it is actually ready to sell More
