Unresponsive staff and unprofessional delivery I didn't expect experience of purchasing a Jeep to be that bad from a dealership. Firstly, the dealership is very unresponsive. Since the time of sale I didn't expect experience of purchasing a Jeep to be that bad from a dealership. Firstly, the dealership is very unresponsive. Since the time of sales only, I didn't find salesman Jay to be much interested in selling the car. He didn't even contact us once after we met first time at the dealership. I thought it might be because we didn't agree on a price, however, it's still the same even though I purchased a Jeep Cherokee under the CPO program. The next day after I signed the contract, neither I received an update if the car is ready for pick nor the sales guy picked up the call. He didn't even care to drop a message that I am busy or I will call back later. Finally, when we were there to pick the car, we found only one key fob, the fuel tank was empty, there were some documents of some other person. I am not sure if these things lie under the CPO program (I have been to other good dealerships and they do take care of every minute detail), but they do lie under ethical and professional behavior. Now, let's talk about after sales. Jay said that he will forward videos explaining how different features in the car work, but again, nothing yet! Brian asked me to send PayStub once for financing, I sent it, but again, no acknowledgement. I entered my car details in myCarFax and I found that tire rotation is overdue. The last time tire rotation was done more than 13 months ago. I mailed Brian about the same, but again, no response. If you compare with other dealerships in the town, I found the sales and after sales unresponsive and unprofessional. I feel there is a huge scope of improvement. Right now, it feels like dealership didn't sell me the car, I bought the car because I loved the car. :) More

Good service is very hard to find these days but you need look no further than Alana (service writer) and Don (service manager) at Lithia of Tri-Cities! Pat Click was the manager I worked with and he provided a great deal on my new truck including trade-ins.. He honestly cares about making sure you get what was promised and always follows through. I would highly recommend Pat when you are looking for your next vehicle purchase! More

Service Dept: Above & Beyond Don Stephens and his service department really showed what customer service is supposed to look like when they waged war with the FCA bureaucrats afte Don Stephens and his service department really showed what customer service is supposed to look like when they waged war with the FCA bureaucrats after my truck was diagnosed as requiring a new engine. FCA tried hard to avoid bankrolling the job (not cheap with its Diesel engine), but I was urged to be patient and was, and it was worth it. Don won the war, I have a new engine in my truck, and all the while, I was provided a courtesy loaner to commute with. Also, Brandon is as top-notch a tech as I’ve ever seen. After taking apart my truck -even as far as removing the cab/bed from the chassis, the truck drives absolutely perfect like the day it was new. They even detailed it for me. Thanks very much for the excellent Christmas gift from the superior service department team at Lithia! More
