The Auto-Stop alert came on in the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica while I was driving my 91-year old mother around. I made an appointment to have it looked at/repaired since my dad was in rehab. Since we needed the van for my mom, I went ahead with the appointment, but kind of lost it when I told them they needed to call me instead of my dad with the results of their evaluation. The service department showed incredible kindness to me when I was obviously grieving, and went out of their way to be flexible with the date I needed to get the car back. More
