2011 Toyota Pickup Problems We had to bring the used pickup we bought back in for work. Shop did their best and still can't fix problem. Lucky for us we did get a power train ag We had to bring the used pickup we bought back in for work. Shop did their best and still can't fix problem. Lucky for us we did get a power train agreement and that saved us. At first while we test drove the rig, we were told the pickup might just have a tire pressure or alignment problem. Turns out it was sold with a bad rear drive shaft. The shop has bent over backward trying to fix it. New parts and shop time are being used on our power train agreement. Problem is still on going to this date. Have to bring pickup back in so they can try again with the Toyota reps advice. More

Dealing with Car's Computers Isn't Easy! I've learned to trust the staff at Lithia's Service Department through numerous experiences which have proven to be good time after time. The last ex I've learned to trust the staff at Lithia's Service Department through numerous experiences which have proven to be good time after time. The last experience, where my engine light had come on after I'd been using my Tacoma in some extremely rough terrain, was a concern. Dan Arnold and the crew took over and soon found the culprit, which was only a loose gas cap! The other experiences were often more difficult to find and some could have been serious if not attended to. Great job! Every time. More

Always consistently good service visits Always great service in the service dept. Have been getting lifetime oil changed since 2003 for my diesel 2500.
