Poor customer service I have talked to 3 salesmen (Shawn, Eric, and Nathan) trying to buy a used truck (going on 3.5 weeks now). I have asked for a few additional photos to get the deal done, have offered to make a deposit on the vehicle once a price is agreed upon. Didn't think asking for a few additional photos before I booked a plan ticket and flew out 2,000 miles, one way, was asking too much of the sales staff. Douglas County Native I don't recommend businesses as I am not getting paid to do so. The recommendation has to be earned based on all aspects of the business.
