Amazing car buying experience. My husband and I came in to meet with John Hagen after receiving a letter of pre-approval of a new or used car. When we got there, John was still with another customer and so we dealt with Shawn Penny. (Great guy by the way!). After looking on Lithia's website, we found a 2017 Nissan Rogue that my wife was interested in. We were able to test drive that as well as a Jeep Renegade and while she liked both vehicles, we ultimately decided on the Rogue. We then began the process of seeing if we qualified for the Rogue, which we were. I have to say, my wife was very excited and happy! It was exactly what she was wanting and looking for. We were taken care of from the time we stepped onto the lot, when we were qualified, signing papers, to when Shawn handed us our key. We even received a Congratulations/Thank you card from Shawn which we both thought was very kind. I have to say, it made the whole car buying experience that much nicer. I know that we will definitely recommend Lithia to our family and friends when they are looking to buy a new (or used) vehicle.
