Got us out of a bind. Due to a run in with a boulder Saturday night on December 22nd, our vehicle was practically inoperable. We live approximately 15-20 miles out of town and we figured there was 1 last trip to town left in it. My husband and two kids had to be to work starting at 7am Monday morning. We attempted to contact different dealerships online & Jon Hagen from Lithia was the only one to send us a text. We had to walk down the road to make it, but we gave him a call, explained our situation, and told him we needed to know we could drive away with a new vehicle that day. One other phone call and a few texts later and Jon was on his way to pick us up and take us to the dealership. We told him what we were hoping for and a price range we could work with. He took us back and forth between cars, several of them more than once or twice. Through all the processes one would use to make a decision such as this, we made our choice. Jon told us he only had one requirement for buying a vehicle...we have to love it. I couldn’t cop to such strong feelings so soon, but within two days I was telling my husband how much I love the new car! Thanks again, John! More

Waste of my time, waiting for Recall work to be completed. Wednesday, Dec. 05, '18, Was told it would take 4 hrs to complete Recall work and oil change. Wrong it was 6 hrs. The service person advised me of farther work that needed to be completed. Told him I was here 4 hrs and I would do the work at another time. He replied, trunk is almost completed. As I sat there, I looked out and seen my truck, about to enter the customer enclosed garage. But, I wasn't called for pick up. Waited 1 1/2 more hrs. The service person again came to me for the farther work, he said I needed to do to the truck. Again I said now I've been here 6 hrs. I want to leave. He now said the truck is completed with the oil change and Recall work. As I waited for truck and paper to be signed there was one other truck in the customer service garage ( which looks to hold about 4 to 6 Vehicles). my truck was not in there. The service person, said my truck was outside behind the out side wall he was facing. I completed the paper work and walked outside on the other side of the wall. No truck I walked around the whole customer garage and finally found my truck parked just outside the garage exit roll up doors. I do not understand why this happened, I will continue to have my oil changed at another dealership only because I have paid for a life time oil change. But, not at the Dodge dealership and will never have any other work to my truck at any of these dealerships. More

When we needed a vehicle to drive in its place, (while we awaited the repairs) they were able to provide us with a decent and nice loaner vehicle at no charge. The wait for repair parts was quite long (over two weeks) and we only had the loaner for around 5 days, but the loan enabled us to have Thanksgiving with our family in a neighboring state. For that, we are very thankful. Matthew Godfrey was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation and we deeply appreciate all he did for us to get our vehicle repaired and to save us a substantial amount of money while doing so.
