pu bed The pu was used with only 8000 miles on it we got it home and decided to take the liner out of the bed we discovered that it was all beat up indents The pu was used with only 8000 miles on it we got it home and decided to take the liner out of the bed we discovered that it was all beat up indents and paint chipped and rust was already started the previous owner had damaged it the pu was a certified used vehicle we showed the salesperson and he said the whole bed would have to be replaced and they wouldn't do it because it would cost to much .We were going to order running boards and window trim for the pu but desided not to do so because they weren't going to fix the bed so we took it to a body shop for a estaminet fixing the indents and Sanding out the rust and a tinted spray on liners was going to cost $700.00 More

bad quality repair I went to lithia because it was the "preferred" shop for our insurance. I had to have the front bumper replaced. they brought it out "repaired". I questioned the alignment. and the new paint had flaws in it. They quickly buffed those out, but I was never 100% happy because it just looked dull. Then I noticed a couple weeks later that my bumper had "slipped" and was really misaligned. It was now overlapped over my front fender. Took it back for them to do more damage than before. He quickly drove it around back to have it "Fixed" . When he brought it back I noticed that the bumper was still not aligned, but now I had a chip in my fender, chip out of my headlight like they just stuck a tool in between to pop my bumper and move it, and also a small wrinkle in my bumper in that area. I noticed it with my hand and so did the technician, but all he could say was "bring it back if it happens again." Not done right. I was really upset and called my insurance to have them send me to Eugene. I have over $40k dollar car that I've only had a year. these people are just at their job with no true passion for cars. More

Subaru Forester purchase Great no hassle deal. We pretty much had it all set up over the phone before we got there; after that it was a breeze. Kind of disappointed the front Great no hassle deal. Kind of disappointed the front headlight was out and didn't notice this until we got home 130 miles later and the vacuums didn't work so the inside of the car was not very clean or detailed. Although Kirby was great and had the Litihia in our area fix the headlight with no charge!! Other than those 2 hiccups it was a great experience and we love the car!! More

Great Service at a great price I needed an oil change and asked that they do the serpentine and AC belts for my car at the same time.
