Oil change, recall issue fixed I had a recall that was sent to inform me. I took my crusher 300 in and they fixed it. Incompetent service manager Dropped my vehicle off at my scheduled appointment time (7:30am) They needed to complete a 2hr job. I called them at 4:30pm for a status check on th Dropped my vehicle off at my scheduled appointment time (7:30am) They needed to complete a 2hr job. I called them at 4:30pm for a status check on the vehicle and they told me; "We had another job go well over the allotted time we gave it, so we haven't started yours and we are not going to be able to get to it today." Spoke to the service manager and he said, "sometimes things happen like that." A competent service manager that has any idea what they are doing would have managed that job differently. They would have had the technician pulled from the job that went over their allotted time and finished the 2hr job then had the technician return to the original job. I will never be back to this dealership as long as this service manager is still employed here. I'm also a member of Cascade Jeepers and will tell all of them about this experience. Michael M More
