Visited lithia today with a mindset of not expecting to have an offer on a trade in (Been to a few dealership in town and have not had any) But today, I was given one and even though i didn’t go through wi have an offer on a trade in (Been to a few dealership in town and have not had any) But today, I was given one and even though i didn’t go through with it I still want to give a huge shout out to Austin L. for making it happen! I was expecting the same answer that I have gotten from the previous places I’ve go to, which basically a no. But Austin did his magic with patience and understanding towards my situation! A simple oil change cost me three hours and after the job was done had oil leaking from my jeep w My first time to service my 2016 jeep at this shop. A simple oil change cost me three hours and after the job was done had oil leaking from my jeep water squirted all over engine compartment engine oil all over my engine. What the heck, $60 after like no big deal to them, They already got their money. That’s all that matters to this repair shop or service shop. Money money money that’s all there after.This will be the first and last time this shop Lithia of Great Falls will touch this jeep of mine. Taking it elsewhere for its next service. Pretty sad. Watch out get your vehicle service elsewhere , Especially for a simple oil change $60 after and I’m still at home cleaning out my engine compartment with all that oil. Good luck to you folks who still want to take your vehicle to this dealership for service. Again this is Lithia of Great Falls 10th Ave., South. Stay away, word to the wise. Poor customer service Take your business elsewhere. Bought a lemon from these guys.
